NFL Football Player Tips: NCAA College Football Player Runs Faster 40 Yard Dash In Week

Ok so since this webpage is actually called Muscle Speed, I happened to run across a guy who used the 15 Minute Speed Trainer at my training facility in Richmond Virginia.  His name is Adrian and he played Dline and Linebacker at JMU(James Madison University) which is located in northern Virginia.  He is actually done with school and working to make it to the NFL.  He trains with one of the best trainers in Virginia, Shane Sykes.  He has a cool story of how he ran faster at a Canadian Football League tryout using The 15 Minute Speed Trainer.  He dropped .2 off his 40 yard dash time in a week.  I will have to tell you that this is not something that ever happens.  In all my years of dealing in athletics it usually takes at least 4 months to lose a whole .2 off your 40 yard dash time.
