REAL STORY
I was speaking to a friend the other day who was very involved in Lacrosse as a youth and developed his talent and skills to a level where he received exclusive invites to lacrosse camps like the Under Armor All-American Camp as well as receiving several scholarship offers from Division 1 Universities. The sad news is because of several injuries including 3 ACL injuries his lacrosse career was cut short and he was not able to reach his goal of playing the sport he loved at the college Level.

EXPERIENCE
My background as a college football All-American playing defensive back and now and athletic trainer I’ve found ways to not alone give my body what it needs to have the fuel and energy to train harder, get stronger and run faster but to also recover from workouts quicker and stronger and help prevent injuries.

WHAT TYPE OF CAR ARE YOU?
Imagine your body as a Lamborghini, Porsche or Mercedes Benz. What are these cars known for? Their Speed, Performance and ability to Win! Now think about it…what do you want to be known for? You want to be known for performing at your highest level, playing fast, being quick and most of all helping your team WIN! How do you relate to a car? When you take that Lamborghini to the gas station what are you fueling it with? The cheapest, regular unleaded FUEL or the Highest Quality grade of fuel? Staying Hydrated is key because our bodies are over 60% of water. Dehydration is one the leading  causes of fatigue and injury so drink plenty of water and use safe, properly designed sports drinks.
