Dr. Micheline Vargas, DrPH, RCEP is a nutrition scientist at Nutrilite Health Institute and if there is anyone who can speak on the importance of Hydration for optimal performance of elite athletes from a scientific view point it’s her. Since November 2008, Dr. Vargas along with other scientist have been working with A.C. Milan, the most successful football (soccer) club. They are the most winningest soccer club in the sport but even world-class athletes can miss vital nutrients in their diets.
