After reading what all your new strike faster program is, in being beneficial to total body conditioning I can see your program as being very beneficial to the overall conditioning of hockey players, The above seven itemized body areas mentioned are the body areas of all hockey players that desperately need what you have to offer, hockey is basically a continuous, rotational movement, one skate, one foot game, what I mean is that during the course of a game, in particular, skaters are mainly on one skate and are continually rotating forward to back, back to forward passing, catching, shooting etc.
Would it be possible for you to send your information with your reason's why your new program would be physically and mentally beneficial to each and every hockey player involved, to Al Valdivia, Hockey director, Fred Dallas,President, Mike LaBroad, vice president, SYHA youth hockey program, Stan Melton, general manager, Missouri State hockey program to MediaCom, Jordan Valley Ice Park, 635 E. Trafficway St. Springfield,Mo. 65806
These are separate venues so could you please send your info. to each individual?
Thank you very much.
You could also send your info to Mark Tabrum,USA, Hockey, 1775 Bob johnson Dr., Colorado Springs, Co. 80906 and Maureen boyce, Ft. Lauderdale [FLA.] Sun-Sentinal.

Sean, The baketball handling training apparently did not happen as expected. However, I recommend this site for the top basketball handling training out there: http://www.superhandles.com

And yes, the Strike Faster training covers pecs, bi's, tri's, shoulders, and back, some more than others.

I have been doing the running and jumping training and have been impressed with the results. I carved 1.2 seconds off my 50 metre sprint time and team mates can see a difference in my jumping on the basketball court. That was after 2 weeks training... I am 35 year old bloke trying to get an edge on the young blokes...

I am interested in knowing more about this new training manual. Are you claiming a total body workout that includes pecs, bi's, tri's, core, back - as well as the legs I am already working on?

Big call - curious to see just exactly what you are claiming - as you are claiming a total body workout...

Also, whatever happened to that Basketball handling training that was supposed to be coming out? I never heard anything about it after I put my name done...

Could this Martial Arts Speed Training Program help with my upper body strength in football?

Yes, the mma program has 14 upper body exercises along with 6 core training exercises, plus 8 leg and foot speed training exercises. Increased strength is part of the result of using isometric training with resistance bands. The other is speed. You won't get too much size with this training but that is okay since, with added size, comes additional body weight, which can offset any potential speed gains.

This book/DVD will be essential for enhancing my kickboxing skills. I have trained with resistance cords for years and have only acquired minimal results. Hopefully, this isometric resistance training will catapult my martial arts training to a long -awaited successful level. Thank you, Dr. Van Such.
